Why I’m Not Doing Black Friday Like Usual (And What I’m Doing Instead)

Every year around this time, my inbox starts sounding like a game show timer.

“LAST CHANCE.” “ENDS TONIGHT.” “Seriously, don’t miss this.”

But if I’m being completely honest?

It’s never quite sat right for Brand Barista.

Not because I think everyone else is doing it wrong.
Not because I’m trying to be edgy or different.
It’s more that the whole premise goes against something I say all the time:
You don’t make your best decisions from pressure. You make them from clarity.

And if that’s what I’m teaching inside The White Label Way, it only makes sense that I show up that way here, too.

So this year, I’m shifting how I approach it.
Not as a protest.
Just as a calmer, steadier way of supporting you and your studio.

Here’s What I’m Not Doing

I’m not manufacturing urgency.
I’m not discounting The White Label Way because a date on the calendar says I should.
I’m not pretending that Friday is more important than any other moment you might feel ready.

Truthfully, if you’ve been sitting with this course for a while, watching quietly, gathering info, trying to decide if it’s right for you, that’s not hesitation.
That’s discernment.

And I respect that far more than a split-second “add to cart” because of a countdown banner.

Here’s What I Am Doing

The White Label Way is still in Evergreen Beta while I finish the final module, which means the Beta pricing is still open,  not because of Black Friday, but because you’re joining while I’m actively building, refining, and improving it in real time.

That price point exists as a thank-you.
For trusting the material while it’s still being shaped.
For learning alongside me instead of waiting for the perfectly polished, ribbon-tied 2026 launch.

And no, there’s no timer.
No weekend cutoff.
No “buy by midnight.”

The pricing will shift when the course is complete.
Not because of urgency, because of readiness.

What This Course Actually Is

This isn’t a hype program or a collection of templates you download and never touch again.

This is the system I use inside my own studio:

  • The structure that keeps white label work from taking over my evenings
  • The pricing that lets me say yes without resentment
  • The processes that make collaboration feel easy instead of draining
  • The boundaries that protect my calendar and my mental energy

It’s the exact framework I wish someone had handed me six years ago when I was piecing everything together through trial, error, and a whole lot of unnecessary stress.

If you want to do white label work in a way that feels steady, profitable, and sustainable, not chaotic or reactive, this is the system.

If You’re Not Ready Yet

That’s absolutely okay.
If you’re still sorting through your numbers or feeling unsure, start with The Beancounter.

It’s straightforward, it’s affordable, and it’s the tool I use every single week inside my own studio.

It gives you a clear view of what’s actually happening financially, what you’re earning, what you’re spending, and whether adding white label work even makes sense with your current capacity.

Sometimes the best move isn’t jumping into something new.
Sometimes it’s getting your foundation steady first.

If You Are Ready

If you already know this is something you want to bring into your studio, you don’t need to wait for a sale.

You just need to make the call.

The Beta pricing is here because the course is still being finished, not because it’s Friday.
And if you’d rather wait until the full 2026 launch when everything is polished and complete, I’m genuinely fine with that, too.

You get to move at your pace.

The Real Message Here

I built Brand Barista on one belief:
You don’t need chaos to grow your studio.
You don’t need urgency to make good decisions.
You don’t need to push yourself into exhaustion to feel stable.

You need structure.
You need clarity.
You need systems that support the life you’re trying to build.

That’s what I teach.
That’s what I practice.
And that’s why I’m not doing Black Friday like everyone else.

Because the designers I’m here for don’t need pressure.
They need space.
They need calm confidence.
They need permission to move thoughtfully, and that’s exactly what I’m giving you.

Whenever you’re ready:

Join The White Label Way
Or download The Beancounter
Or stay in the “thinking about it” phase as long as you need

I’ll be here either way.
