All Sales are Final: Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are considered final. Once the purchase is made and the files are downloaded, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted.
Digital Products: Our products are digital products, which means they are non-tangible and cannot be physically returned. Since these items are instantly accessible and downloadable upon purchase and approval, it is not possible to revoke access or ensure that they are no longer in use after they have been downloaded.
Technical Support: While we strive to provide high-quality branding that meet your requirements, we do not provide extensive technical support beyond the initial customization. If you encounter any issues after you download your files, we will be glad to assist you to the best of our abilities.
Intellectual Property: All website templates sold by Brand Barista are protected by copyright laws and are the intellectual property of our agency. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your personal or business purposes. You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or modify the template in any way without explicit written permission from Brand Barista.
Errors or Defects: In the rare event that you receive files with significant errors or defects, please contact our customer support at kayla@brandbarista.co within 48 hours of purchase. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution.
Please note that this return policy applies only to semi-custom branding kits sold by Brand Barista. Any additional services or customizations requested separately may have their own terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds, which will be communicated to you prior to the service agreement.
